Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain client relationships via calls, emails, and meetings.

- Handle inquiries, coordinate site visits, and manage pre- and post-sales activities.

- Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.

- Collaborate with real estate agents, channel partners, and marketing affiliates.

- Maintain sales data, generate reports, and explore innovative sales strategies.

- Visit project sites as required and stay updated on all projects.

Skills Required:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently and in a team.
