Job role:
- Need to interact with the client over the call
- Need to update them about their latest offers and schemes
- Should know the billing process
- Have to monitor all the associates
- Day to day reporting to the management
- Need should have excellent communication skills and willingness to work in night shift
Shift timing : 21 : 00hrs - 06 : 00hrs
