Job Title / Designation: Sales Executive
Job Description:
- Developing new clients for consulting solutions and meeting year-on-year sales targets.
- The job involves office work, intermediate traveling across India and interaction up to CXO level.
Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media)/through contacts to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales collaterals
- Contacting clients to inform about new developments in the companys offerings, Develop existing and new markets
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Supporting delivery team on supply chain consulting projects
- Forecast, plan, and report
- The suspect and prospect creation, sales funnel, Negotiation
- Deliver annual sales targets
- Planning and Reporting
Mandatory Skills Set:
- Proven Sales experience in consulting/project sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Work under pressure and meet deadlines, positive attitude, customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within set parameters, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
- Self-motivation, go-getting & a team player
- Process orientation & time management
- Excellent negotiation skills
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 2-5 Years
Education - MBA Marketing/Engineering/Operations
