JOB ROLE
Managing day-to- day responsibilities that inter-alia include :
- Promoting properties with the strategy adopted by the upper management.
- Performing surveys of competitor's properties in vicinity and developing a competitive market price.
- Working in accordance with company culture and values
- Managing customer needs
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and experience.
- Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates.
- Learn and adapt industry leading practices from across other industries.
- Wanting to explore new ways of dealing with sales/customers.
Key skills expected for this profile would include-

- Possess good communication skills
- Ability to understand customer viewpoint and customer service
Analytical skills :
