Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive - FMCG (8-10 yrs)
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive/Sr. Sales Executive to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG sector with expertise in managing general trade sales. You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our market presence, and building strong relationships with retailers and distributors in your territory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers in the general trade.
- Conduct market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Provide training and support to retail staff to enhance product knowledge and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university (Regular).
- 8 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector with a focus on general trade.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategies.
