Roles And Responsibilities
- Achieve the sales revenue target in the assigned territory.
- Channel Development and Infrastructure (Distributors / Dealers).
- Monitor the performance of distributors, preferred retailers & take corrective actions.
- Handle dealership-related issues and challenges, achieving dealer business plan.
- Be conversant with the local market & possess the sales skills to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
CTC Upto : 4 LPA + On Roll Job + Other Benefits
Desired Candidate :
- Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
