Mandatory:

1. 1-3 years of experience in concept sales in an industry with established ethical practices in sales, preferably not from real estate. Experience in selling to upper middle class IT segment is preferable.

2. Preferable to have at least a graduate degree in marketing

3. Fluency in spoken English is mandatory. Additionally, fluency in Telugu or Hindi is also needed.

4. Must have good written English communication skills for email communication.

5. Good Presentation / Public Speaking Skills for product presentations

6. Must own conveyance

7. Must be comfortable with working on Saturday and Sunday, with weekly off being on a weekday.

8. Pleasant Appearance and Grooming.

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Making product sales presentations at office, corporate events, property fairs, customer residences

2. Lead generation through interfacing with property consultants, participating in property fairs and conducting events

3. Nurture prospects through emails, phone and other communication to educate them and convert prospects into sales

4. Negotiate and close sales with assistance of Sales Manager

5. Help customers with documentation related to sales and processing home loans.
