Sales Executive - Presales/Proposal (1-5 yrs)
Purpose of the role : To support the sales team by anchoring the pre-sales processes, achieving efficiency and effectiveness at the customer acquisition stage to create a competitive-edge
Key Responsibility :
- Enhancing Sales
- Drive consistency and quality in proposal-creation process by actively collaborating to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of results
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the pre-sales processes by analysing trends, win and loss patterns, practices and recommend improvements, changes to enhance sales conversion.
- Identify best-practices by scanning pre-sales processes, wins and associated material of competitors
- Work with Sales and Marketing peers to collate, consolidate, analyse and generate a repository of information related to the industry in the assigned geography
- Maintain MIS [custodian of the repository to ensure adherence] and insights and keep all stakeholders updated on a timely and regular basis
- Create proposal viz. credentials, citations and guidelines in order to achieve the closure of deals
- Realize efficiency, optimization and effectiveness in the proposal-creation process
- Execute as per sales-operation processes and other back-end coordination to provide a seamless experience to Sales- stakeholders and maximize Sales team's customer-interfacing type
- Core Sales
- Attend client meetings to ascertain requirements of the prospective clients
- Conduct need-gap analysis by understanding clients requirements and propose customized solution using MB's product suite by proposing relevant solutions that match clients expectations
- Develop presentations Develop pitch presentations and help sales team in closing orders
- Liaise with various functions (product, operations, delivery etc.) to help activate client campaigns and handover to sales function for further servicing
- Up-Selling
- Analyze past campaign performance for existing clients and propose follow-up campaign with the aim of up-selling
