Position : Sales Executive (Modern Trade)
Reporting to : Area Sales Manager

Location - Ahmadabad, Rajkot
Job Responsibility :
- Anchoring achievement of Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & Year
- Leading the Modern Trade team to best in class Sales, Execution and distribution in the area
- Pioneering executional excellence by building sales capabilities through coaching of field force
- Ensuring the right caliber people are motivated and trained to achieve ambitious business plans consistently.
- Leading negotiations with Key accounts on yearly terms of trade and execute plans in Modern trade.
- Demonstrating exemplary leadership behavior by providing return on investment to stakeholders through continuous monitoring of agreed norms and service levels
- Leading executional excellence in assigned Accounts by collaborating with National Key Accounts team
