Sales Executive - IT Services (5-7 yrs)
Description:
As a Sales Executive, you will generate revenue by calling on companies, generating leads and meetings that the sales manager will attend and manage to close the deal. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth into IT services sales, especially IT Staffing and Augmentation.
Responsibility:
Primarily prospects new sales opportunities by applying lead generation sales methodologies
Documents all activities and interactions in the CRM tool. Experience of working with Zoho CRM will be an advantage.
Should have thorough understanding of Sales Funnel and must be able to help Sales Manager give fairly accurate target to him / her based on the facts seen in the funnel
Must be excellent in oral as well as written communications
Meets or exceeds targets for the qualified leads passed to the sales team
Promptly follows up with and qualifies marketing-generated inquiries for our IT Staffing services
Researches and gathers information about target businesses and develops prospecting lists
Creates and performs various outbound call campaigns around verticals, specific events, or targets in addition to ongoing primary lead generation activities
Conducts web research and navigates organizations to uncover appropriate contacts
Conducts heavy phone prospecting in order to set qualified appointments; develops utilizing a conversational approach to uncover and qualify new business opportunities
Performs other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate has previous sales/lead generation experience of 5 years or more, with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets of INR 2 Crores or more. A positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, great communication skills and good computer and internet skills.
