Job Description:
We have an urgent requirement for Sales Executives - Hyderabad looking from General Trade & FMCG.
Candidate with should have good negiotation skills and should know how to operate modern android phones.
Job Responsibilities :
- Planning, implementing and monitoring annual drive-plan for the whole territory as an entrepreneurial manager, Driving, tracking, managing and reporting Primary and Secondary sales/Channel Sales in the territory
- Participating in all promotional activities in the territory
- Driving distribution in GT channel to increase brand presence and market share in the category
- Preparing comprehensive business plans and breakdown of primary and secondary targets for the team
- FMCG Channel Management: Managing and working with distributors and dealers, right from their appointment to their ongoing coordination, business relationship and sales performance
- Developing strong analytical, tactical and organizational skills for channel partners
- Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective counter measures
- Team management: End-to-end responsibility of a 10-12 member team for driving sales and performance against targets
- Conducting review meetings and effecting continuous improvements
- Establishing comprehensive geographic coverage for the territory
- Creating new potential retailer points for the company
- Ensuring best in class in-store execution and compliance.
