Sales Executive - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Look for 6months -3 yrs of experience.
Requirement is for Non - Voice/ Back office/Sales Executive role.
- We are looking candidates from BPO and Non-technical background.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in the call centre database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Candidate should be ready to work in NIGHT SHIFTS.
- Candidate will get 2 days weekly off in weekdays only.
- We need to look candidate having good communication and grasping skills. Job role involved interacting with international clients so written and oral should be clear.
- Preferred candidates would be who are currently in job / Serving Notice period.
The candidate should have done at least 15 years of full time education
