For a Banking domain-job location : chennai.
- Excellent communications skills (English & local regional language i.e. Tamil)
- Interact with existing customers/prospect of the bank
- Offer value added services/products
- Increase customer experience and satisfaction for better revenue generation
- End to End Fulfillment tracking
