Sales & Event Manager - Hospitality (1-4 yrs)
- Client Data: Finding client data and pitching them, lead generation
- Planning: Planning the event from start to finish, including generating ideas, designing the theme, and coordinating with vendors
- Managing: Managing the event budget, logistics, and venues, as well as audio and virtual event companies
- Negotiating: Negotiating sponsorships and contracts with clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Marketing: Putting together event marketing plans
- Evaluating: Evaluating the success of the event, gathering feedback, and making recommendations for improvement
- Communicating: Communicating well with clients, vendors, and team members
- Organizing: Managing multiple tasks, coordinating logistics, and keeping track of deadlines
- Event managers are responsible for the entire event lifecycle, from conception to execution. They should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be skilled in project management.
