Position Title : Sales Engineer
(your current position) Department : Sales & Marketing
Reports To : Regional Manager - Sales
Position Summary: Responsible for Export Quotation, Order follow up with customer & Pre to post order processing, Payment follow up, Complete all GST & Custom formalities, Documentation, MIS reports.
Quotation, order follow up, order processing, documents approval to execution.
Experience with SAP working
Essential Job Functions (Roles & Responsibilities)
1. Techno commercial negotiation, coordination at RFQ stage & making the quote, follow up for order conversion.
2. Order handling, contract review, coordinating with factory & OMC & customer for documents approval.
3. Coordination for order execution, shipment & payment.
4. After received the payment & mode of shipment from customer coordinate for clearance to factory for dispatch the material. Preparing all necessary documents (packing list, Invoice, SDF form, Export value declaration etc) for process shipment in custom. Document coordination with CHA for custom compliance & N form
5. Coordinate with Airliner details /vessel details & inform to custom in advance. Send airway bill/bill of lading draft for approval. Follow up for all original documents with CHA which are require for sending to customer for shipment clearance at their end.
6. Collect all internal test report & manual from factory, prepare commercial invoice, packing list and send all original documents (commercial invoice, packing list, airway bill/bill of lading, country of origin certificate/GSP certificate, Fumigation certificate) directly to customer. Suppose documents send through bank or LC shipment so prepare all documents as per required bank or LC format.
7. Coordinate with CHA for EP copies for complete proof of export formalities. After received the same enclosed with necessary documents & send to factory for submit the same in Excise department. For complete RBI formalities take FIRC certificate from bank and enclosed with Bill of exchange, commercial invoice copy, SDF Form, Airway bill/bill of lading copy with covering letter & submit to bank.
8. Renewing all export license yearly (Member subscription in EEPC, Registration in EEPC, LUT Bond) maintained all export related records, maintain export booking details, dispatch details, offer details, payment details.
Additional create New customer master in SAP after received the request from all regions.
