Sales Engineer - Engineering Solutions Provider (5-8 yrs)
Responsible for;
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
- Preparing client quotations and offers
- Negotiating tender and contract terms
- Sales activities with Product/Solution selling to prospect account base
- Plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
- Effectively communicate client needs to the Engineering/Management teams
- Collect and document competitive intelligence
- Co-ordinate and monitor Post Order activity
- Assist in Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
- Help prepare budgets
- Assist in Conducting market research, competitor and customer analysis
- Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
- Assist in Participation in Exhibitions and Seminars

REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL
- BE/B Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with MBA degree
- Min. 5 years Experience in Sales of control system for Steam Turbine/Diesel Engine/Gas Engine
- Knowledge in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Hydraulic systems, Etc.
- Knowledge in MS office, Auto Cad, etc.
