- Techno commercial meeting
- Raising Quotation
- Following up Tenders
- Relationship with Constructors
- Meeting Architects, Consultants
- Manage customers to ensure sales goals are achieved
- Review daily reports, taking appropriate action as needed
- New Business Development
- Lead generation, follow ups.
- Meeting potential clients, architects, builders.
- Sending proposals to clients.
- Negotiations, follow ups and closing the deal.
- Responsibilities for this service business, including sales, field operations, customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should have at least 2 - 5 years of experience in sales in Elevator industry or building material sales.
- Should be capable of achieving sales targets.
- Should own two wheeler.
- Should be an aggressive go getter and handle sales operations independently.
- Should be able to understand and build a business relationship with client.
