Sales Enablement & Operations Specialist
This role is an integral member of the sales team, dedicated to optimizing sales processes and tools. They ensure that sales data is accurate and accessible, coordinate training programs to enhance sales skills, and manage technologies that support sales activities.
- By ensuring sales teams have the necessary tools, training, and data, the Sales Enablement & Operations Specialist enables sales representatives to focus on selling, thereby increasing productivity and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
Responsibilities :
Managing and maintaining data integrity and performing updates in Salesforce
- Coordinating, scheduling, launching, and recording sales training
- Calendar and event management for sales
- Managing sales enabling tools and technologies
- Establishing communication with sales teams to gather feedback and updates to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge
- Develop and implement strategy for sales tools and training internal stakeholders
- Creating sales guides and best practices
- Assisting in the management of the sales enablement content repository
- Train the sales organization on the best use of marketing and sales enablement materials
- Liaise with Marketing for coordinate lead generation efforts
- Strengthen partner relationships with fostering participation in partnership programs
- Create and maintain reporting on CRM forecast and historical tracking
- Responding to ad hoc sales requests to support the team
