Sales Enablement & Ops Role
Key Role & Responsibilities :
- Coordinate efforts & support sales team with leads & closures.
- Involved in process improvement for sales support & identifies opportunities for efficiency within the team.
- Handle the CRM process
- Prepares weekly / quarterly / monthly reports & provides the data to the Sales team.
- Using internal data, along with market and competitor research, to help drive sales strategy and - hit the numbers
- Manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of a product or process.
- Forecast future sales by recognizing past trends
- Develops/maintains process documentation for each assigned task.
- Assist with customer inquiries.
- Other related Admin duties assigned as needed.
Skills & Abilities :
- Flair & aptitude for numbers and data
- Excellent with MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience in CRM systems is desirable
- Work well within a team and independently
- Professional & presentable demeanor
- Flexible & works to deadlines
- High degree of Accountability
- Good knowledge & understanding of the BFSI sector
- Bachelor degree in any management field & high scores in Mathematics
