Sales & Digital Marketing Role (0-1 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of digital marketing knowledge and sales expertise to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and executing effective sales strategies to boost the company's online presence and product sales.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels (B2B, B2C).
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through product presentations and negotiations.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, product demos, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads into customers.
Digital Marketing :
- Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms to engage with the audience.
- Optimize website content and online advertising for improved search engine rankings.
- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance and suggest improvements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs for targeted campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales and digital marketing, with a successful track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of social media management, email marketing, and website analytics tools.
