Job Description
Sales Development Representative
Responsibilities :
- Leads will be assigned to SDRs; they will also be assigned to generate their own leads
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- SDR's primary responsibility will be to fix appointments with the decision-making authorities
- They will be the primary point of contact for any deals that they run, starting from Appointment fixing until deal closure
- All client coordination will be handled by the SDRs
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
- Maintaining all records on HubSpot CRM and adhering to compliance
- Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Calling Experience is a must, can be either inbound or outbound
- Geography dealt: North America and the UK
- Willing to work 9 hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
- Exposure to any of the following CRM tools HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or FreshSales
Qualifications :
- Any Bachelor's degree
- At least max 3 years of work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
