Job Description:

We're seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) to prospect potential business clients for our staffing solution, generating new business opportunities, and executing inbound/outbound sales activities.


- As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR should have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and online research.

2. Actively engage with organization decision makers to understand their needs, educate them on our product, and identify sales opportunities.

3. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting efforts to schedule qualified sales demos.

4. Collaborate closely with management to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies aimed at driving pipeline growth and achieving sales targets.

5. Utilize sales enablement tools and technologies to track lead interactions, manage prospecting activities, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to capitalize on new business opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech), Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, or related field.

2. 1 to 2 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably for a SaaS product.

3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.

6. Proficiency CRM software and tools.
