Sales Development Role - SaaS Firm (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Qualify leads through strategic questioning, active listening, and thorough research to determine their fit for AiTrillion's SAAS platform.
- Educate potential customers about the features, benefits, and unique selling points of AiTrillion's solutions, positioning it as the ideal solution for their business needs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to ensure ongoing engagement and progression through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with well-qualified leads and supporting them in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to effectively position AiTrillion in the US market.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role, preferably in the SAAS industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales prospecting techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with prospects.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a strong work ethic and a results- oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
