Sales Development Role - SAAS Firm (2-5 yrs)

- Join Our Dynamic Team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at a Leading SaaS-based B2B Company!

- We're seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and fostering valuable client relationships for both domestic and international market.

- Your Future Employer : A fast growing sales-tech organization involved in assisting leading global organizations in transforming their sales process and RTM.

Responsibilities :

1) Conducting market research, initiate client contact, and utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads and showcase product value in US, UK, MEASA and other geographies.

2) Qualifying leads collaborate with the sales team to execute strategies and foster enduring client relationships.

3) Managing leads using CRM software, continuously enhance sales knowledge, and participate in industry events to uncover business prospects

4) Driving towards exceeding sales targets, maintain comprehensive MIS records, and leverage advanced sales tools and marketing automation software.

5) Leveraging state-of-the-art sales tools like Outreach and SalesLoft, along with proficiency in marketing automation software like HubSpot or Marketo.

Requirements :

1) Proven experience in lead generation and account-based marketing (ABM). Experience in delivering client-centric solutions tailored to specific customer needs.

2) An MBA/PGDM from a reputable institution is preferred.

3) A minimum of 2-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within the SaaS or AI technology sector.

4) Exceptional intellect, drive, executive presence, and business acumen. Outstanding time management and planning skills.

5) Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
