Sales Development Role - SaaS Firm (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Lead identification : Make use of a variety of research methods to locate possible leads and target businesses that fit our product offerings and ideal customer profile. Engage in meaningful conversations with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points. Determine their level of interest and readiness to engage with our sales team.
2. Outreach and Engagement : Initiate contact with leads through emails, phone calls, and social media platforms. Tailor messaging to highlight the benefits of our product solutions and create interest.
3. Lead Nurturing : Develop and execute nurturing strategies to maintain regular communication with leads over time. Provide relevant content, insights, and updates to keep them engaged and informed.
4. Data Management : Enter and maintain accurate lead data. Ensure that lead information, interactions, and activities are appropriately documented for tracking and reporting purposes.
6. Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales goals and strategies. Provide feedback on lead quality and help refine targeting criteria.
7. Metrics and Reporting : Monitor, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation activities. Generate regular reports to showcase the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and identify areas for improvement.
8. Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Klimb updates, and best practices in lead generation. Apply new insights to refine lead generation strategies and approaches.
Qualifications :
1. Proven experience as an SDR for minimum 1 year, preferably in the SaaS industry.
2. Strong knowledge of the product and its functionalities, including lead management, reporting, and data enrichment.
3. Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and sales process.
4. Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Proficiency in using lead management tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator and etc.
