Interested Sales Development Professionals having experience in SaaS/B2B sales join us in our aim to be the World's first Web 3.0 innovative technology platform for Talent Acquisition Process.
Role: Full time (Pune)
Key Responsibilities :
- A Rain-maker who assesses client's needs and brings out best solutions w.r.t technology
- Effectively map out large accounts and interface with VP and C-Level contacts
- Collaboratively and independently designs and implements solutions for solving deal-level challenges
- Demonstrate full sales cycle skills from research and discovery to software demonstrations to pricing negotiations and conversions
- Strategically cut through layers/ barriers to getting to multiple decision-makers and departments
- Multi-channel- follow-up - help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities
Prerequisite :
- Minimum 2 years experience in SaaS /B2B/Enterprise Tech-sales
- Experience/Exposure in HRTech/ Recruitment Industry would be a plus
