- Our client is a comprehensive SaaS platform in the sustainability industry providing SMBs and Enterprises with intelligent tools for highly accessible and impactful sustainability management, reporting, and optimization.

- They are currently seeking a goal-driven Sales Development Representative to be part of their growth phase and work closely with the cross-border teams to drive revenue & customer growth.

The Job :

You will be responsible for :

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through conducting research on target clients, cold calling, and following up on warm or cold leads.

- Identifying key decision-makers and influencers in an organization and explaining the value proposition to them to successfully schedule meetings with the account executives and sales managers.

- Supporting the sales team in pitching their solution to new clients while also contributing to developing the pitch decks for new business opportunities.

- Supporting lead generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Actively participating in all relevant client meetings - contributing your ideas to help shape discussions with the clients.

- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

- Contributing to product growth and development by providing feedback from conversations with your customers and prospects.

- Actively participating in sales-related training including boot camps and leadership development programs.

- Collaborating with the customer success and marketing teams to discover new ideas for business growth.

- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally a role within a SaaS start-up, with a solid track record of lead conversions via outbound sales.

- You are comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM (eg. Salesforce).

- You have a proven track record in building good client relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

- You work well in fast-paced environments and demonstrate a high level of resilience.

- You are highly goal-oriented and have solid networking and relationship building abilities.

- Excellent communication and solution-selling ability is required to excel in this role.
