Sales Development Role - SaaS (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Educate prospects on the benefits of our SaaS solutions through tailored messaging.-
- Schedule discovery meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) regarding all interactions with prospects.
- Collaborate with sales executives to ensure smooth handoffs and effective follow-up on qualified leads.
- Continuously improve sales tactics and messaging based on feedback and market insights.
You will - t in the role if you
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence prospects effectively.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas/targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Qualification :
- Have worked in Saas or Tech or Product Companies
- Have 1-5 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales
