Sales Development Role - SaaS (1-5 yrs)

- Our client (Early stage SAAS product company) is looking to hire SDR's. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for the addition of new accounts into the Sales Funnel. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within enterprise accounts. You will need to discover qualified opportunities by targeted outbound prospecting through multi-channel (Social Media, Email, Cold Calling).
Responsibilities :
- Understand and effectively express client's business proposition to prospective clients and be able to assess their business needs.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
- Construct a robust sales pipeline to prioritize the target account lists strategically.
- Use multi-channel approaches (Social Media, Emails, Cold Calling) to create interest among the prospect base.
- Must be skilled in using multiple sales enablement tools.
- Strong research skills to understand target companies to drive worthwhile conversations.
Requirements :
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in SaaS or Consulting industry
- Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software, including MS Office
- Curious, coachable and willingness to learn
- Credible and reliant in terms of the deliverables
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
