Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and an SDR Lead to join our growing team. The SDRs will focus on generating new business opportunities, while the SDR Lead will oversee and guide the team, ensuring successful execution of the sales strategy. Both roles require proactive outreach, relationship building, and the ability to communicate effectively with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

- Contact potential prospects through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.

- Identify the prospect's needs and suggest suitable products/services.

- Present the company's solutions to potential customers.

- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects.

- Proactively seek new business opportunities and expand market reach.

- Set up meetings or calls between prospects and the internal sales team.

- For SDR Lead: Manage and guide the SDR team, track performance, and ensure sales targets are met.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements:

SDR: 0-3 years of sales experience, with proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.

SDR Lead: 2-3 years of experience in an SDR or sales-related role with leadership experience.

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales prospecting techniques.

-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and ability to qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
