Job Description :
- As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for the sales team. You will use your strong communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until the deal closes. An aptitude for understanding customer needs and proposing suitable services to meet these needs is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects in the US and EU regions.
- Leverage outbound lead generation strategies through various channels such as LinkedIn, email, and other relevant sources.
- Engage prospects via phone calls, emails, and social platforms to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and convey them accurately to the sales team.
- Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer experience.
Required Skills :
- Proven 4 years experience in sales development, preferably within an IT services company.
- Proficiency in outbound lead generation, with a good understanding of the IT landscape in the US and EU regions.
- Experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client.
- Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in a similar role.
