Sales Development Role - IT (4-5 yrs)
Job Title : Sales Development Representative - IT Industry - Mumbai
- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to our products and services, and nurturing them through the sales funnel. This is a critical role in our sales organization, and your success will directly impact the company's growth
Job Responsibility :
- Prospect and identify potential customers by researching and targeting the right industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and social outreach to engage with potential leads and introduce them to our products and services.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and budget constraints.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in our CRM system.
- Continuously update your knowledge of our products and industry trends to effectively communicate value to potential customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification
Key Skills :
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Mandatory :
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
