Sales Development Role - IT (3-8 yrs)
The Role
As Sales Development Representative, you will play a significant role in growing Soroco's business.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and e-mails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements, and routing qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects
- Teaming up with internal stakeholders to build pipeline and close deals
- Performing effective online demos to prospects
The Candidate This is a critical function in the company and we are looking for the following skill sets.
Key Requirements and Qualifications :
- Proven inside sales experience of 3 - 8 years in sales intensive organizations
- Exposure of US and APAC market is required
- Strong phone presence and experience with talking to dozens of prospects every day
- Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience in Salesforce or equivalent CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Bonus Skills:
- Prior experience in IT/SaaS inside sales
