Sales Development Role - IT (3-6 yrs)
We are hiring for a fast-growing IT services startup in IoT, AI/ML, digital transformation, cloud, and embedded engineering solutions, that delivers end-to-end services, from technical consulting and solution discovery to development, team extension, and continuous support across various sectors, including, but not limited to, automotive, healthcare, e-commerce, consumer electronics, and transportation.

As an Sales Development Representative , you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving growth in the US market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Qualify Leads: Assess prospects from self-research, marketing campaigns, and events to identify sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and nurture leads through consistent follow-up.
- Present Solutions: Introduce services to potential clients, addressing their needs and positioning our solutions effectively.
- Pipeline Building: Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team, ensuring a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- CRM Management: Accurately log and track all interactions in the CRM, maintaining data integrity and tracking progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to position our solutions effectively.
Skills & Qualifications :
