Role : Sales Development Representative
Experience required : Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry, with a focus on software or technology solutions.
Job Location : Pune/ Mumbai ( Work from Office )
Salary : 6 LPA max
Notcie Period : Immediate - 30 Days max
Interview process : 3 rounds of interviews, 2 will be technical and 1 will be HR discussion
Working hours and time : Day shift, however demos are scheduled taking into consideration the time/region/Schedule given by the customer, adaptability to deliver/in-case of late hours this will be intimated in advance but candidate must be eager to work for any time zone/ overseas/Domestic clients as per the country/ time schedules for meetings advised. Candidate should be flexible and ready to travel to client locations / onsite post pandemic.

Mandatory Skill : Nagios Tool
- As a Nagios Monitoring Tool Sales Specialist, your main responsibility will be to drive the sales of Nagios monitoring tools and solutions to both new and existing clients. You will work closely with our technical team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their monitoring needs.
Key Responsibilities of the profile :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Nagios monitoring tools. This includes prospecting, lead generation, and conducting sales presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our clients. Provide ongoing support and act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their evolving needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and design customized
- Nagios monitoring solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, outlining the scope of work, pricing, and terms of service. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and develop strategies to penetrate new sectors.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts. Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager on sales performance.
Process Skills :
- Problem solving capabilities are a must.
- Exceptionally good in English, spoken and written same as in communication skills and email communications.
- Should be able to be crisp in co-coordinating with the clients and able to understand their requirements completely.
- Providing Support over call and mails
- Good leadership qualities.
- Should have good potential of picking up new skills and products.
- Flexibility to learn and adapt to new environment. Should be an outspoken person as job requires this.
Behavioral Skills :
- Resolve and communicate technical issues of projects and explore alternate solutions to the team and customers.
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
