Sales Development Role - IT (2-9 yrs)
Role Overview :
We're on the lookout for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client. This role involves actively seeking and developing new business opportunities in the North American market and engaging with key decision-makers in the landscaping industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct 80+ daily calls and send 25+ personalized emails to potential clients
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned quotas
- Qualify and nurture leads from various sources
- Engage directly with potential customers to understand their needs and assess their current environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and feedback
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, or appointment setting in the North American market
- Excellent fluency in written and verbal English
- Strong understanding of IT and SaaS offerings
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Core understanding of SDR and sales performance metrics
- Shift Timings: 6:30 pm IST to 3:30 am IST
Good to Have :
- Knowledge of Landscaping (Residential & Commercial)
- Experience with Site Quality Audits
- Location : Noida (Work From Office)
