What we are looking for :
- You must have a keen interest in enterprise sales, combined with excellent communication skills, good understanding of SaaS products and strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment, Self-motivated with a strong work ethic are the ideal skill sets for this particular role.
- Prior experience in Enterprise Sales is preferable but not mandatory.
Key KPI's include :
- Ability to generate new leads that suit our products and fit within our ideal client personas.
- Cold outreach skills that enable reps to find and speak with decision makers via email and phone.
- Build rapport quickly, within minutes of a phone call or the subject line of an email
- Nurture leads that are in the sales and marketing funnel in a way that warms them up and qualifies them for a sales call.
- Use a customer relationship management tool to track and score leads within the pipeline.
- Be able to identify which leads aren't likely to buy and those that are likely to purchase in the near future.
- Set up qualified appointments for a closer, or present the product and gain the account in a timely manner.
