Sales Development Role - IT (2-4 yrs)
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in Target Accounts for their regional Account Executives. The SDR will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact.
Sales Development Representative Responsibilities :
- Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
- Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
- Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
- Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
- Following-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services.
- Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
- Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
- Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads
- Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
- Attend product training conferences and develop an understanding of our communication infrastructure
- Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representatives
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
- Identifying, qualifying and acquiring new prospects in large enterprise businesses
- Reaching out to inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, Linkedin, chat, and additional tools
- Setting qualified appointments and generating pipeline opportunities
- Engaging effectively and regularly with prospects and customers
- Introducing company and value proposition to prospects Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in enterprise software sales (preferably SaaS/QA)
- Bachelor's degree
- Track record of consistently meeting revenue targets and achieving monthly quotas
- Passion and skills for engaging with people at all levels via calls, emails, chat and more, and - identifying business potential
- Ability to work in a changing, fast-paced environment
Working Days : 5 Days a week
