Sales Development Role - IT (2-10 yrs)
Job Description: We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social channels.
-Responsibilities include qualifying inbound leads, building a pipeline, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with sales/marketing teams. The role requires strong communication, CRM management, and staying current on industry trends and solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social channels to introduce solutions and generate interest.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries, assessing their fit for our solutions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through research, cold outreach, and follow-up activities.
- Understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients to tailor communication and highlight how our offerings can solve their challenges.
- Schedule qualified meetings or product demos with Account Executives for further engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the lead generation process and share feedback on campaigns.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of communications with prospects using CRM tools.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and low-code/no-code product offerings.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate the value of low-code/no-code solutions.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
