Job description : This position is an integral part of the new business and U.K. lead generation sales team and initiates the relationship between the company and prospective customers.
(U.K. Sales experience is a must)
- Lead Qualification and Sales Development Experience in U.K. region
- An ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated, curious, self-starter, able to identify and develop leads and opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, social selling, and individual research.
- Curious to learn about business, have the zeal to drive your team to success and love enjoying the perks that come along.
- Exception written and verbal communication skills
What will you get to do?
- Identify qualified prospects in U.K. region and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.
- Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like Outreach, LinkedIn IN mails, etc.)
- Tie up leads that will turn into the business through persistence.
- Learn, leverage and help evolve our demand generation process.
- Generate appointments/meetings by means of proactive outbound prospecting.
- Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads.
- Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills.
