Sales Development Role - IT (1-4 yrs)
ABOUT YOU
As an early member of the sales development team, you'll play a crucial role in building the enterprise sales motion in North America. You will be directly working with the co-founder and CEO to identify and nurture the right enterprises. It's an opportunity to grow in an account executive role in the future.
We are looking for someone who has -
- At least 1 year in SDR/ BDR role in an Enterprise SaaS start. Experience selling to CXOs is a bonus.
- High creativity and hustle in getting things done.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills
- Have experience working with CRM platform (Hubspot), LinkedIn, G-Sheets, Google Docs etc
- Experience working in an early stage startup a plus
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Research companies in the target segment, and create the list of ideal customer profiles.
- Outreach prospects on LinkedIn, email and calls with creative messages to qualify and schedule meetings
- Calling inbound leads and scheduling discovery calls.
- Qualifying leads by understanding customer pain points and scoring them on BANT
- Working closely with marketing team to understand ICP and lead-generation activity.
- Attend sales meetings, meet-ups, and trade shows to create brand awareness and network
