Sales Development Role - IT (1-3 yrs)
As an Inbound SDR, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by qualifying inbound leads and transferring it to sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience working with SaaS companies and be comfortable managing responsibilities across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads via email, chat, or phone
- Educate prospects about our products and services
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role within the SaaS industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to adapt to different time zones and manage leads accordingly
