Job Description :
- Xindus exists for making SMEs successful in global markets. All Xindus Sales Development Representative and Teams champion this Mission on an everyday basis.
- The Sales Development Representative will own the starting touch points of Xindus sales funnel and help our Territory Managers in sourcing leads for their respective locations.
- It is also the foundational unit for our sales team on ground to excel in our initial cohorts and the support from this team would be critical to the organization.
- We are looking for amazing lead generators who can generate quality leads and position Xindus brand with their initial connect and create high value impact in customer mindset who want to accelerate their career path through this exciting, challenging, and demanding role.
You day to day tasks will include but not be limited to :
- Generate high quality leads in our desired segments
- Outbound calling by becoming our first point of contact by talking to exporters of the country
- Ensure quality leads are flowing in sales funnel and volume is maintained
- Penetrate in the customer base completely by making them understand all services and solutions of Xindus
- Facilitate adoption of full Xindus platform capabilities through value demonstration and delivery
- Increase customers usage and transaction on the platform with deep relationship building
- Build and own customer feedback loop with internal teams to drive product improvement
Skills/ Experience :
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Should be able to understand the basic product offerings
- Energetic and humble
