Sales Development Role - IT (0-1 yrs)
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential sales opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate and develop leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation : Proactively research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
Outbound Prospecting : Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media messages to engage with potential customers and generate interest in PIPRA's products or services.
Qualifying Leads : Conduct thorough needs analysis and qualification of potential customers to determine their fit and readiness for our solutions.
Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff and providing relevant information to the sales team.
CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns and strategies, providing feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position PIPRA's offerings.
Performance Metrics : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualified opportunities, and meetings scheduled.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in AI and ERP, will be a big plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
