Sales Development Role - Insurance (3-13 yrs)

Roles and Duties :
- Training and coaching financial consultants,
- Assessing the team members' performance and guiding them
- Visit the assigned location of clients when it is required for services of the products
- Understanding the needs and requirements of customers in the given region
- Presenting to the customer about the product and services offered by the organization
- Meeting the company expectations of business volume
- Taking feedback from the customers on a timely basis.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers and your sales team

- Work Experience: 3 to 8 years in Sales and Marketing
- Age: 24 to 38 Years
