Sales Development Role - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a key member of the sales team, focused on generating and qualifying leads to fuel the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement recruitment strategies to draw in suitable candidates to work as sales representatives for the company.
- Interview prospects, evaluate them, and make knowledgeable hiring selections.
- Create and carry out training initiatives to improve the product expertise, sales abilities, and customer service of both new and seasoned agents.
- Keep an eye on team and individual performance, offer helpful criticism, and resolve any problems.
- Encourage an upbeat and cooperative team culture throughout the organization.
- Work together with other departments to guarantee smooth coordination and communication.
Candidate Profile :
Age:- Min 22 Years to max 38 years
Qualification:- Graduate/MBA
Experience:- +2 years in any field of sales
Skills :-
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
