Sales Development Role - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
A Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify potential customers.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Any stream
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Persistent, resilient, and able to handle rejection.
