Sales Development Role - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
Working with potential agents to develop relationships and assist with onboarding, a Sales Development Representative (Agency Channel) will help us grow our network of life insurance agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Build trusting bonds with potential customers.
- Evaluate and choose candidates for possible hiring.
- Provide training and resources to newly appointed agents.
- Maintain tabs on performance indicators and KPIs related to hiring.
Requirements:
- Background in company development or sales.
- Need to be in the area.
- Excellent social and administrative abilities.
- Product and industry trends knowledge on life insurance.
- It is preferred to have a bachelor's degree.
