The Job :
- We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic & driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and be responsible for finding and screening potential customers in the US who can benefit from our products and services.
Your responsibilities with include :
- Delivering on sales targets by generating leads via personalized outreach to potential customers & closing sales
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Passing more complex requirements as leads to the Hiring Solutions team with the objective of closing the sale.
- Contributing to the growth and development of our product by providing feedback from conversations with your customers and prospects
- Engaging across teams to coordinate marketing and sales activities
- Updating the CRM to document all activities on opportunities and follow-ups.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the HR Tech industry. Experience selling to Founders and /or Senior HR professionals is a strong plus.
- You are willing to work in US hours
- You have prior experience in a full-cycle sales experience selling B2B SaaS with an exceptional track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills and can liaise effectively with senior stakeholders on the phone, via emails and on zoom calls
- You are comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRMs (eg. Salesforce)
- You are results driven, tenacious and a strong team player.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience and can work effectively in a fully remote, international environment
