Sales Development Role - Healthcare (5-7 yrs)

Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, and/or sales development, preferably with a focus on the US market.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare, or SaaS is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to uncover customer needs, articulate company's value proposition, and create meaningful engagement.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
- Self-motivated & Goal-oriented: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets with a proactive approach to identifying new leads.
